We will be happy to submit dental claims to your insurance carrier. Your dental health and treatment are based on the professional knowledge and experience of Dr.'s Snyder and Zalis, not on the limitations and restrictions of dental insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company, if you have any questions concerning your coverage.
